Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College experience recommended.
• Experience supervising production workers.
• Ability to work with union policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate and direct personnel on shift to meet production goals.
• Promote safety, efficiency and productivity on the floor.
• Ensure proper training and development of employees.
• Monitor maintenance and sanitation of machinery and facilities.
• Prepare and maintain payroll, yields and other records.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and management and attend meetings.
