Responsibilities

• Monitor all plant operations and verify correct procedures are followed to maximize value and productivity.
• Audit products manually and receive audits to verify procedures and efficiency.
• Test new products and packaging for cost effectiveness, efficiency and value.
• Communicate with customers in person or by phone to increase satisfaction.
• Examine previous day’s yields for variances and problems and develop solutions.
