Qualifications

• 2 years brokerage experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Knowledge of U.S. regulatory laws preferred
• Familiarity with INCOTerms and tariff schedules preferred
• Geography knowledge
• Strong PC skills

Responsibilities

• Impeccable customer service.
• Maintain and keep current customs compliance documentation.
• Process documents through the ABI system.
• Review and monitor Customs rejections, requests for information for clients and other government agencies.
• Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers.
• Resolves discrepancies, while keeping record of discrepancies via the IIM system to ensure compliance.
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
