FNS Customs Brokers, Inc. is seeking a Customs Entry Writer in Carson, CA, to handle import customs clearances, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide accurate documentation for timely client billing. The role emphasizes client communication, data accuracy, and diligent record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in customs clearance and data/documentation accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; bilingual English/Korean required.

Responsibilities

• Process customs clearances for imports, adhering to all relevant customs regulations and company SOPs.
• Conduct Importer Security Filing.
• Track and trace shipments to ensure information is up-to-date.
• Communicate directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties through email and phone.
• Manage documentation and archive records and documents efficiently.
• Oversee data management for client reports.
• Ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
