Ideal candidates have 0–5 years in customs, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and attention to detail. Bilingual English/Korean is required, with a team-oriented, deadline-driven mindset for our growing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in the customs field is preferred (0–5 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual ability in English and Korean is required.

Responsibilities

• Process customs clearances for imports, adhering to all relevant customs regulations and company standard operating procedures.
• Conduct Importer Security Filing.
• Track and trace shipments to ensure information is up-to-date.
• Communicate directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties through email and phone.
• Manage documentation and archive records and documents efficiently.
• Oversee data management for client reports.
• Ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
