Job summary

NNR Global Logistics USA Inc. is seeking a Customs Entry Writer to prepare, review, and process CBP documentation for imported goods, under supervision of a licensed Customs House Broker.

You will classify goods, determine duties, and file entries with CBP, ensuring compliance. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least three years in importing or freight forwarding, familiarity with FDA/DOT regulations, and MS Office skills to support filings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in importing, customs brokerage, or freight forwarding.
• Basic ISO training required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CBP filings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit U.S. Customs entries under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with CBP laws and regulatory requirements.
• Review shipment documents for declared values, origin, terms, SLAC counts.
• Classify goods and determine duty rates.
• Prepare and file documentation with CBP for timely clearance.
