Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine and classify import documents to prepare and file accurate Customs entries.
• Communicate with departments, customers, and CBP on product importation matters.
• Maintain and update product classification databases.
• Obtain Customs rulings and conduct pre-classification to ensure compliance.
• Ensure all import transactions comply with applicable regulations.
• Audit billing and related documentation; respond to CBP inquiries as needed.
• Coordinate with carriers and facilities for arrival details and charges.
• Complete AP/AR postings within 5 days after delivery.
