Maersk is seeking a Customs Entry Specialist to manage end-to-end customs brokerage operations for a dedicated customer portfolio. You will work closely with customers, carriers, and government agencies to ensure compliant, timely imports.

You will own daily operations, prepare U.S. Customs entries and PGA filings, and maintain SOPs while collaborating with cross-functional teams for peak-volume support and coverage.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6–12 months in customs brokerage or related field.
• At least 2 years in CHB or operational support preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the trusted contact for customers with timely shipment updates.
• Prepare and process U.S. Customs entries and PGA filings with regulatory compliance.
• Open and manage entry files aligned with KPIs and service standards.
• Coordinate clearance with freight forwarders, lines, and CFS to ensure timely release.
• Track inbound shipments from port to delivery and ensure proper documentation.
