Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0-2 years of experience and/or training in an import operation.
• Experience working in an office environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input and transmit data for CBP release of shipments.
• Follow SOPs for each customer for entry preparation.
• Identify HTS details on the commercial invoice.
• Coordinate entry tasks for cargo release and clearance requirements.
• Organize work to track status of files through entry phases.
• Communicate release details to customers per protocol.
• Meet KPI targets for Import operations.
• Track shipments and coordinate with lines, forwarders and CFS.
• Arrange pickup/delivery with trucking companies.
• Handle invoicing and payment requisitions as applicable.
