You will ensure data accuracy, respond to queries, and maintain audit-ready records; you will create trackers and dashboards using Excel and SAP GTS; this role requires independent work and collaboration.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with familiarity in ServiceNow a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customs, logistics, or data entry.
• Familiarity with customs data and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Good English communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of SAP GTS, process mapping, or ServiceNow (SNOW) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of customs-related data.
• Handle incoming customs queries and direct requests to the appropriate teams.
• Track requests, maintain records, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain process documents and audit-ready records.
• Prepare trackers, reports, and SLA/aging dashboards.
• Maintain data quality and follow regulatory requirements.
