SNI Companies in Miami, FL seeks a Customs Brokerage Specialist to handle entry processing, customs resolution, and file documentation compliance from start to finish. You will coordinate with government agencies to ensure timely and compliant shipments and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of brokerage operations experience, thorough knowledge of U.S. customs regulations, FDA/OGA processes, and strong organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of entry writing and brokerage operation experience.
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations; HTSUS.
• Knowledge of FDA/OGA process and U.S. import process.
• Strong organization and time management skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Directly handle entry processing and customs clearance end-to-end.
• Resolve issues with government agencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide shipment customer service from start to finish.

Customs Brokerage Specialist

Responsible for efficient shipment import process including, entry processing, Customs and government agency resolution, file documentation compliance and shipment customer service from beginning to end to ensure timely execution and compliance of Customs regulations.

Position Details

• Direct Hire
• Location: Miami, FL
• Salary: $26/hr. ($54,080)
• Schedule: 8:30 a.m.-5p.m.-Monday-Friday; Onsite

Skills

• 3-5+ years of entry writing and/ or brokerage operation experience.
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations; HTSUS
• Knowledge of FDA/OGA process and U.S. import process.
• Intermediate Computer skills (in programs such as MS Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver a high level of customer service.
• Detail-oriented, organized and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Experience using DESCARTES software (Preferred).
• Licensed Customs Broker (Preferred).
