Responsibilities

• Manages a team of customs associates and ensures compliance with client requirements through documented procedures and business rules.
• Organizes and oversees schedules and work of assigned associates.
• Conducts timely performance evaluations and coordinates staffing adjustments to meet daily productivity goals.
• Reviews output and prepares reports on customer complaints and inquiries.
• Prepares monthly performance reports for the back office team.
• Identifies opportunities to update back office procedures and makes recommendations to the Back Office Manager.
