Job summary

DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking an experienced Back Office Manager to lead a high-performing back-office operation supporting customs processing activities. The role focuses on ensuring day-to-day production meets client SLAs, regulatory requirements, budgets, and profitability targets.

The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership with customs brokerage expertise and maintains an active U.S. Customs Broker License.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Customs Broker License preferred
• 8+ years of back-office or operations experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Lead designated back-office operations to meet gross margin targets.
• Ensure customs processing activities comply with CBP regulations and client requirements.
• Provide oversight on documentation, classification, entry processing, and related activities.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement process updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance and client requirements.
• Direct production teams to meet SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Manage budgets, staffing plans, and resources to support objectives.
• Present operational, quality, productivity, and financial results to leadership and clients.
• Develop and mentor junior managers and staff for growth.
