• Experience leading customs back-office operations.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Minimum 8 years in back-office or operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead customs back-office operations to meet margin and targeting goals.
• Ensure processing complies with CBP regulations and client requirements.
• Oversee documentation, classification, entry processing, and related activities.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement process updates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address compliance and client needs.
• Direct production teams to meet SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to support objectives.
• Report KPIs and financial results to executives and clients.
• Mentor Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and staff.
