Job summary

Ohio Machinery Co. in Columbus, OH is seeking an adaptable administrative professional to support our operations applications—Equipment Monitoring Toolkit, Service Link, Dealer Business System, Parts, and Service Quoter—to help build, sell, and manage Customer Value Agreements and related parts sales.

You will assist with adopting Caterpillar e‑commerce solutions such as My.Cat.Com, contribute to achieving Parts, Service, and Digital Excellence goals, and provide general administrative support

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical trade school diploma or two associate degrees in related field is preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in service and/or administration required.
• Ability to read and understand materials commonly used in service and warranty.

Responsibilities

• Support CVAs with new machine sales and parts kits.
• Assist with adoption of Caterpillar e-commerce applications and My.Cat.Com.
• Provide general administrative support for Parts, Service, and Digital Excellence goals.
• Coordinate with sales team to enable efficient service processes.
