Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Cybersecurity Customer Assurance Lead to define strategy and build the Customer Trust Office. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to articulate security posture, controls, and risk management at scale.

You will partner with Sales, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Product Security, Engineering and other teams to drive strategic opportunities and trustworthy customer engagements. Hybrid work model with 2 days in office.

Qualifications

• Typically 8 to 10 years in cybersecurity assurance or related discipline.
• Experience leading external customer discussions and audits.
• Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains, governance and risk.
• Experience communicating with customer security teams and procurement.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in cybersecurity, IT, risk, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and establish the Customer Trust Office with governance.
• Lead complex customer assurance engagements and audits.
• Communicate cybersecurity posture clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with sales, legal, privacy, product security, and engineering.
• Develop scalable, repeatable content and response processes.
