• 8–10 years of experience in cybersecurity assurance or related discipline.
• Experience leading external customer discussions, assurance reviews, or audits.
• Ability to translate complex cybersecurity topics into clear, business-focused communications.

• Define strategy and establish the Customer Trust Office with an operating model.
• Lead and scale global customer assurance engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Product Security, and Engineering teams.
• Represent the cybersecurity organization in external customer meetings and audits.
• Develop repeatable content and processes for customer-facing security responses.
• Measure program effectiveness, customer experience, and capability maturity.
