Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Customer Trust & Security professional to partner with GTM, Product Security, and Legal. You will address security inquiries, provide accurate responses, and elevate our trust posture for a fast-growing AI-powered platform used by 2400+ customers across the globe.

The role blends technical security, customer success, and audit practices to win complex deals, build a trusted knowledge base, and shape our Trust Center content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Information Security, Customer Trust, or Security PM/Consulting.
• Experience with audit/compliance frameworks and communicating controls.
• Strong customer service skills; explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• 1-2+ years using AI models or automation to improve programs.
• Strong analytics; able to create dashboards and report metrics.
• Comfort with ambiguity; remains calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical contact for GTM team and customers on security questions.
• Use AI and internal tools to improve response efficiency and accuracy.
• Define KPIs and report on trust function impact and response velocity.
• Manage Trust Center and build a high-quality security knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Product Security, Legal, and GTM to align on security.
