Qualifications

• 3+ years in information security, customer trust, or security consulting with a track record in improving compliance.
• Audit experience with navigating complex frameworks and communicating controls to customers.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• 1-2+ years using AI/model automation to drive program efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical point of contact for GTM team and customers on security questions.
• Leverage AI and internal tools to improve response efficiency and accuracy.
• Establish and report KPIs for the Customer Trust function.
