Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Customer Transformation Business Analyst for a 1-year W2 contract in Columbus, OH. The role is hybrid on-site 3x per week and focuses on improving digital customer experiences across web, mobile, and chatbot platforms.

You will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, SMEs, and vendors to streamline processes, develop test scenarios, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet customer and business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business analysis or digital platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, payments, and FICA.
• Strong analytical skills and UAT experience.
• Excellent communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital experiences by supporting development of customer-facing websites, mobile apps, chatbots.
• Define requirements with business leaders, IT, SMEs, and vendors to improve workflows and support delivery.
• Lead testing and UAT by developing scenarios, coordinating tests, and documenting defects.
