Job summary

VINCUE, a Kansas City-based automotive tech SaaS company, seeks a Customer Training Specialist to lead dealership training initiatives and translate usage insights into product feedback. You will design onboarding, ongoing education, and coaching programs across desktop and mobile platforms.

Ideal candidates have experience in software training for automotive environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with Product, CS, Sales, and Leadership to drive customer

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred; high school diploma required.
• Automotive retail or automotive technology experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills; hands-on experience with mobile devices and tablets required.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive, web-based training sessions for automotive dealerships across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Design onboarding, launch, and ongoing education programs.
• Conduct pre- and post-training engagement through follow-up materials and communication.
• Analyze customer usage and behavioral patterns to identify adoption gaps and coaching opportunities.
• Translate customer behavior into actionable insights for Product, Performance Management, and Leadership.
• Assist with launch training for new products and feature releases.
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve training materials and tutorials.
• Support internal training for employees as needed.
• Perform ongoing brand, workflow, and competitive research.
• Partner with Product Development to research, test, and validate customer needs, enhancements, and new capabilities.
