Job summary

BizzyCar, Inc. in St. Louis invites a Solutions & Implementation Engineer to deploy, configure, and train partners on our cutting-edge automotive AI platform.

You’ll own deployments end-to-end, translate dealer workflows into product setups, and ensure successful go-lives with on-site support. You’ll train dealership staff, troubleshoot live issues, and drive repeatable playbooks while collaborating with engineering and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on integration and configuration experience with APIs, webhooks, or config tools.
• Troubleshooting and log diagnosis to isolate a config problem from a product bug.
• Experience delivering customer training or enablement to non-technical audiences.
• Implementation project management — kickoff-to-go-live timelines and stakeholders.
• Comfort validating data across systems (records, statuses, or availability).
• Preferred: discovery and workflow-mapping experience translating customer process into product configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own dealer implementations end-to-end — kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Translate dealer workflows into product configuration via structured discovery and engineering collaboration.
• Validate data flows across systems before go-live.
• Train non-technical dealership staff to full adoption and manage change.
• Run implementations like projects with timelines and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot live, reproduce issues, and differentiate config problems from product bugs.
• Write runbooks and SOPs for repeatable deployments and support handoff.
• Provide a reliable feedback loop to product with field learnings.
