Averitt Express is seeking a Customer Technology Support Specialist to assist customers and internal teams with AverittExpress.com, APIs, and technology-related services. You will translate complex technical issues into clear, user-friendly explanations and document problems for the development team.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, in Tennessee, emphasizing collaboration with Transportation Specialists, accurate problem documentation, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Translate technical problems for customers who aren't computer savvy.
Document problems for the Software Development team.
Communicate effectively with Transportation Specialists.
Basic understanding of computer systems.

Responsibilities

Answer calls and emails regarding AverittExpress.com, APIs, and other technology offerings.
Approve/deny AverittExpress.com customer profile registrations.
Verify access to contractually protected pricing with other teams.
Respond to Website Visibility Requests.
Monitor Customer Report Failures.
Document calls, emails, and issues in Jira project tracking software.
