Role Overview: Salesforce.com Solution Architects lead enterprise Salesforce implementations, managing all project phases from discovery to deployment. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge complex business problems with innovative technical solutions, guiding technical decisions aligned with business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities
  • Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
  • Establish procedures affecting your work area and broader business functions.
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria for results.
Skills and attributes for success

Proficiency in technical and business skills, including:

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of leading conversations across all levels.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, including end-to-end implementations and integrations.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce platform, APIs, and customization tools.
  • Ability to lead solution design, identify gaps, and manage project timelines and risks.
  • Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Minimum qualifications
  • 4-6 years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience with team leadership.
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with relational databases.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
  • Certifications and consulting experience are highly valued.
