Role Overview:

As a SAP – BASIS – Tech Arch Manager in Tech Consulting, you will leverage SAP technology to enhance client operations, focusing on supply chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors. You will work on innovative projects from strategy to execution, managing teams and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring adherence to quality standards, risk management, and continuous improvement.
2. Lead workstream delivery with strategic oversight and manage project status and deliverables.
3. Participate actively in client sessions, lead workstream planning and execution, and identify new service opportunities.
4. Handle RFP responses and manage engagement economics.
5. Perform resource planning within budget constraints.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Deep technical SAP expertise combined with strong business acumen.
• Proven experience leading SAP projects or workstreams.
• Excellent communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP teams and projects.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with full cycle SAP implementations.
