About the Role

As a Manager in Application Systems Engineering, you will be responsible for defining user and customer requirements, focusing on user interface development across diverse platforms, and engineering software components and services to ensure seamless communication within system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects, emphasizing quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Lead workstream delivery with strategic oversight and manage project status and deliverables.
• Participate actively in client sessions, lead workstreams, and identify additional service opportunities.
• Manage engagement economics and execute resource planning within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant SAP module experience.
• Strong technical capabilities, business acumen, and experience managing SAP projects.
• Excellent communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting industry experience and SAP certifications.
• Experience with full cycle implementation of SAP modules.
