Job summary

August Health is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Systems Analyst to configure, maintain, and optimize our healthcare platform for senior living customers. You will support new implementations, data conversions, document digitization, and ongoing system changes to drive customer value.

Collaborating with Implementation Managers and Customer Success, you’ll ensure accurate configurations, assess impact on workflows, and help roll out new features while improving user experience for care teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a systems analyst, business analyst, implementation, technical operations, or similar role involving hands-on software configuration and data management.

Responsibilities

• Execute configuration changes across Clinical, Billing, and Move-Ins products for new implementations and existing customers.
• Support data conversions, document digitization, and other setup activities for onboarding and expansion.
• Partner with Customer Success to maintain and optimize live environments with feature rollouts and adoption initiatives.
• Understand how system settings and hierarchies affect end-user experience across global, organization, and community levels.
• Evaluate downstream impact of configuration changes on workflows and resident data.
• Validate configuration changes for accuracy and completeness, and anticipate potential issues.
