CUSTOMER SERVICE/SHIFT LEADER (Finance)

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Encourage team members to deliver excellent customer service. Must be able to oversee the total store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Store Managers in Training. Minimum Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

• Willingness to work in all store areas including cashiering, stocking, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Assist management and team in providing a positive shopping experience.
• Lead teams in merchandising and operational initiatives.
• Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement action plans.
• Drive sales and manage store profitability, shrink, and costs.
• Support efforts to reduce turnover and increase retention.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with returns and exchanges in compliance with policies.
• Maintain inventory awareness and stock conditions.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with store promotions and safety regulations.
• Promote safety and report risks or illegal activities.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of management.

Salary Range: Minimum $17.35 - Maximum $22.45
