Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, ideally in call center environments.
• Ability to handle calls and emails with accuracy.
• Data entry and math calculation skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound customer phone calls and emails; follow up with outbound calls.
• Complete client requests in Stone Eagle applications with emphasis on accuracy.
• Respond to support requests using Salesforce and Five9; track communication and follow-up.
• Continuously learn applications to maximize service.
• Provide excellent customer service with urgency.
• Share knowledge with team; document processes to enable coverage.
• Research issues; recommend solutions.
• If unresolved, gather information and update team and others.
• Act as resource for internal reports; troubleshoot problems.
• Provide recommendations to managers for improvements.
• Accept feedback and improve skills.
