Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years banking experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Clear communication via phone, email, and chat; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities
