Job summary

Mountain West Bank’s Post Falls Branch in Idaho seeks a Customer Service Manager. This full-time, 40-hour/week role offers training, benefits, and growth opportunities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The position reports to the Branch Manager and requires three years of customer service experience, strong communication, and supervisory capabilities. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:15 am to 6:15 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail banking experience.
• Previous supervisory experience or training preferred.
• Knowledge of banking compliance, policies and procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff maintain professional, courteous demeanor and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Supervise Teller staff; assign duties; train and evaluate performance; assist Branch Manager with promotions and disciplinary actions.
