Job summary

Mountain West Bank in Meridian, ID seeks a Customer Service Support Lead to ensure best-in-class service. The role provides limited supervisory support by stepping in for the Assistant Manager and requires availability Monday–Saturday.

You will assist the Customer Support Specialists, resolve escalated issues, stay current on products, and promote compliance with bank policies while protecting customer information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years banking/call center experience.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service across channels.
• Assist Support Specialists and approve limit increases when authorized.
• Handle escalated issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Support QA with metrics and improvements.
• Answer questions on personal finances, products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with laws and bank policies.
