Job summary

HealthTrust Performance Group is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to deliver high-quality supply chain support to ROI Members, handling requisition processing, daily product sourcing, vendor PO negotiations, and order expediting for the Mercy Consolidated Services Center.

You will be frontline for ROI customers, coordinate procurement when stock is low, and manage vendor relationships. A High School diploma and 1 year of call center or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of call center or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, quick and accurate supply chain support to ROI Members.
• Handle requisition processing, daily product sourcing, vendor purchase order negotiations, purchase order placement, confirmation follow-up, and expediting of purchase orders for products and services for the Mercy Consolidated Services Center (CSC).
• Manage daily customer and vendor relationships within and outside of the organization.
• Perform duties of the purchasing buyer for urgent requests.
• Provide front line support to ROI customers regarding supply chain issues.
• Coordinate procurement of sub items when vendor is out of stock, through sourcing to other manufacturers.
• Coordinate the entry of quality management software complaints for returns and recalls.
