Job summary

HealthTrust Performance Group, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to deliver high-quality, quick, and accurate supply chain support to ROI Members through proactive solutions and decisive action.

You will handle requisition processing, daily product sourcing, vendor negotiation, PO placement, and follow-up to ensure orders arrive on time while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED Required
• 1 year of call center or customer service related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• You will performs the duties of the purchasing buyer when the customer has an urgent request.
• You will provide front line support to ROI customers regarding supply chain related issues.
• You will provide the first tier of support for other ROI teams such as Purchasing, CSC Inventory Management, CSC Operations, Transportation, Customer Pack Solutions, Capital Purchasing and Local Supply Chain.
• You will coordinate the procurement of sub items when the vendor is out of stock on an item through sourcing to other manufactures.
• You will coordinate the entry of complaints into the quality management software for Mercy and Commercial customer returns and recalls as well as any other quality complaint.
• You will coordinate the return of product from the end user to the vendor.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Customer Support Coordinator, who provides high-quality, quick and accurate, supply chain support to, ROI Members through proactive solutions and decision making.
