Job summary

Arlon Graphics, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat. You will process orders, assist with returns, and maintain knowledge of products and company services. This entry-level role supports multiple internal teams and requires strong communication and data-entry skills.

On-site/hybrid in Placentia, CA; local candidates only. Knowledge of SAP or HubSpot CRM and experience with Conexiom are a plus.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
Min. 2 years of experience delivering client-focused solutions via phone, email, and chat.
Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written, interpersonal).
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; CRM/ERP experience helpful.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat, and CRM systems.
Provide prompt, professional, and courteous assistance regarding orders, pricing, product information, and availability.
Maintain product knowledge to address inquiries and recommend solutions.
Multitask efficiently while prioritizing high-impact tasks.
Collaborate with Customer Account Managers to offer support as needed.
Process customer orders accurately in SAP and monitor order status.
Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
