You will coordinate with sales and production teams, support claims in SAP, and ensure timely order fulfillment. The position focuses on quality service, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing solutions via phone, email, and chat.
• Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written, interpersonal).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat, and CRM systems.
• Provide prompt, professional assistance regarding orders, pricing, product information, and availability.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address inquiries and recommend solutions.
• Must be able to multitask efficiently while prioritizing high-impact tasks.
• Collaborate with the Customer Account Managers to offer support as needed.
• Assist in managing quotes in HubSpot and SAP; process orders in SAP.
