Job summary

Bunzl Distribution is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Dallas, TX office. You will handle a large volume of inbound calls, emails, and order inquiries, coordinating with sales, warehouse and billing teams to ensure a smooth order experience.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in customer service, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is an onsite, day-shift position with a remote day on Fridays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or account support experience preferred.
• Experience with order entry, order processing, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel & CoPilot).
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written).
• Ability to manage high call volume and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Team player with a willingness to cross-train and support others.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50–100+ daily customer interactions (inbound calls, email, EDI, and fax).
• Process and manage high-volume customer orders with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Investigate and resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, and delivery concerns.
• Act as a point of contact between customers, sales, warehouse, and billing teams.
• Expedite orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through high-quality customer service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and meet customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and company processes.
• Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed.
