Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center in a metric-driven environment.
• Military or transportation industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics (call quality, response time, handle time, customer satisfaction).
• Collaborate with team to identify process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
• Coordinate offsite services with local agencies as needed.
• Stay up to date on policies and procedures.
