Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service to walk-in and phone customers; offer solutions for parking lot or traffic control needs and sell optional services, rentals, traffic control setup, and plans
• Prepare and present proposals to address customer needs; complete forms or agreements, close transactions, and secure sales promptly
• Collaborate with warehouse manager and staff to fill customer orders efficiently
• Accept incoming requests from social media channels
• Calculate and quote prices or coordinate with internal departments for quotes and assistance
• Manage outbound calls to current and previous customers
• Analyze customer purchase history and market value to maximize sales profitability; maintain records of contacts and results
• Maintain weekly sales and call reports; coordinate with manager to set personal sales goals
