Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED.
• Experience: 1 year on Sales, Retail, Customer Service experience. Call Center experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, suggest products and services.
• Maintain and modify customer records, verify data, respond to orders and place new or re-orders.
• Resolve product or service problems by selecting actions to expedite resolution while delivering an optimal customer experience.
