Job summary

The University of Idaho IdahoSTARS Customer Support Specialist I position provides responsive and engaging support for child care professionals using the RISE data management system related to the Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP) and state licensing.

The role requires one year in customer support, data-entry experience, and strong teamwork, with on-site work in Boise; occasional non-standard hours and travel may be needed. A high school diploma is required, with preference for an associate degree.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a customer support role.
• One year experience with data entry and a data management system.
