This position requires all-round administrative and customer-service skills, including data entry, calendar management, and clear written communication, with opportunities to collaborate on project leadership and contribute to a busy, mission-driven program.

Qualifications

• This role requires one year of customer support experience.
• One year of data entry experience with a data management system.
• Experience working on a team with shared goals.
• Experience with organizational and problem-solving tasks.
• Ability to write clearly as shown in applicant materials.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer support for child care professionals using the RISE system.
• Facilitate communication between program participants and project leadership.
• Maintain program calendars and schedules.
• Provide operational and administrative support.
• Serve as primary contact with program participants.
• Other duties as assigned.
