Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and handle inquiries using company technology.
• Provide product, pricing, and shipping information.
• Build relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering.
