Job summary

Vehlo is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist our dealer network with service requests via phone and email. The role emphasizes attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and be coached.

You will work 8-hour shifts between 6:30am and 10:00pm EST, with rotating Saturdays 7:00am–4:00pm EST. The position requires 0–2 years in customer service and strong communication skills. Travel is minimal, <5%.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to flourish in a multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting, taking ownership of tasks assigned to you.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all levels.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly, work well under pressure, and thrive in an environment that is constantly changing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
• Experience with PC or MAC with the ability to grasp technical concepts.
• Basic knowledge of networks.
• Well organized, detail oriented and proactive in following tasks through to completion.
• Comfortable in taking on new challenges that arise and flexible with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve basic support requests/calls/emails.
• Document cases within the assigned ticketing system.
• Provide support to internal Customer Service Managers and Implementation Associates.
• Must be able to work 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6:30am – 10:00pm EST.
• Must be available to work rotating Saturdays from 7:00am to 4:00pm EST.
