Job summary

LoadUp is seeking a friendly Support Agent for onsite work in Alpharetta, GA. You’ll be the steady voice helping customers and Loaders, resolving inquiries by phone, text, chat, and email with speed and care.

You will troubleshoot scheduling issues, monitor real-time orders, collaborate with Dispatch and Field Ops, document interactions, and identify trends to improve the customer experience. A high school diploma is required, and weekend availability is needed.
