Responsabilités

• Provide customer service and support for Digital Tools products via email, chat and phone.
• Maintain customer interaction documentation to track trends and support reporting.
• Answer questions, including how to use product functions and where to find training docs.
• Resolve problems as first line of support and redirect complex issues as needed.
• Follow up with users after a support issue to ensure resolution.
