Job summary

Randstad USA in Georgia seeks a customer service professional for a temporary, high-volume call center role. You will assist customers by phone and email, handling inquiries related to payroll, HR and information systems, and document details in a ticketing system.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in customer service or call centers, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to pass a background check. Shift is first, 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; pay is $13.50–$14 per hour.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a customer Call Center environment or more than two years' experience in a customer service environment, banking, benefits or payroll. Prior experience with payroll or banking preferred. Applicants must have the ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday between the possible hours of 7 am and 6 pm. Reliable transportation and timeliness is required to be prompt for shifts. Applicants must possess high integrity and honesty and be able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Qualified candidates must be able to pass a background check.

Note: position is temporary, but has the potential to become long term.

Salary: $13.5 - $14 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM. Education: High School.

Responsibilities

The temporary positions available are responsible for providing support via phone and email in a high-volume call center. This requires effectively answering inquiries about technical troubleshooting, human resources, payroll and information systems while appropriately documenting information in a ticketing system.
