Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, identify needs, and provide solutions.
• Process quotes and orders for Account Managers with high accuracy.
• Provide technical support, promote product offerings, and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Make outbound calls, resolve issues within policy, and visit customers as needed.
• Support store operations through event coverage, inventory tasks, and safety adherence.
• Collaborate with teams, mentor new associates, and participate in community activities.

What’s in it for you

The Customer Specialist serves as a trusted advisor to customers and provides sales and service support across the district. This role focuses on processing quotes and orders, responding to customer inquiries by phone and email, and supporting Account Managers and multiple store locations. The position requires regular onsite presence and strong customer‑service skills to help drive store productivity and sales growth.

What you will do

• Provide technical support, promote product offerings, and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Make outbound calls, resolve customer issues within policy, and visit customers as needed.
• Support store operations through event assistance, in‑store coverage, inventory tasks, and adherence to safety and standard work.
• Collaborate with teams, mentor new associates, engage in community activities, and model strong customer‑facing behavior.

What you will bring
