The Role

Join our growing team as a Customer Support Specialist. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, working closely with engineering, operations, and sales to resolve issues and ensure every customer feels confident and supported.

No direct experience with electronics manufacturing is necessary, but we like curious people willing to learn. You enjoy figuring out what to work on and teaching yourself whatever you need to get the job done. You take ownership, follow through, and don't drop the ball.

What You'll Work On

The types of problems you'll tackle:

  • Customer Communication - Responding to questions with clear communication and quick turnaround

  • Technical Troubleshooting - Resolving billing, platform navigation, and order processing issues

  • Process Improvement - Writing support documentation and communicating customer feedback to internal teams

  • Account Management - Helping with account setup, payment processing, and credit applications

  • Quality Assurance - Handling product quality issues, returns, and RMAs

  • Cross-team Collaboration - Working with engineering and operations to ensure efficient order processing

Nice to have: Prior experience in customer support, especially in technical or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with electronics or hardware development is a plus (but not required—we can teach you!).
