CircuitHub, a leader in electronics manufacturing, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their 100% remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues and enhancing their overall experience while engaging closely with engineering and operations. The role offers a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, ideal for curious individuals dedicated to quality customer interactions.
CircuitHub is reshaping electronics manufacturing with The Grid—a factory-scale robotics platform designed to make small-batch, high-mix electronics assembly radically more efficient. Think semiconductor-fab levels of precision applied to the chaotic world of prototyping and low-volume production. The result? A 10x throughput improvement in one of the world’s most foundational industries.
We’ve raised $20M from top-tier investors including Y Combinator and Google Ventures—and we’re already profitable. Our customers include industry leaders like Tesla, Meta, and Zipline.
The Grid isn’t a prototype—it’s live, scaling fast, and already delivering real revenue. We’re now building the engineering core that will scale it further.
Join our growing team as a Customer Support Specialist. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, working closely with engineering, operations, and sales to resolve issues and ensure every customer feels confident and supported.
No direct experience with electronics manufacturing is necessary, but we like curious people willing to learn. You enjoy figuring out what to work on and teaching yourself whatever you need to get the job done. You take ownership, follow through, and don't drop the ball.
The types of problems you'll tackle:
Customer Communication - Responding to questions with clear communication and quick turnaround
Technical Troubleshooting - Resolving billing, platform navigation, and order processing issues
Process Improvement - Writing support documentation and communicating customer feedback to internal teams
Account Management - Helping with account setup, payment processing, and credit applications
Quality Assurance - Handling product quality issues, returns, and RMAs
Cross-team Collaboration - Working with engineering and operations to ensure efficient order processing
You might be a great fit if:
Undergraduate Degree
You have strong attention to detail and care about getting things right
You believe every customer interaction is an opportunity to build trust
You communicate clearly and effectively, especially when things get complicated
You value teamwork and know when to ask for help or jump in to support others
You can strike a balance between efficiency and quality, and always strive to improve
You're naturally curious and like figuring out how things work
Nice to have: Prior experience in customer support, especially in technical or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with electronics or hardware development is a plus (but not required—we can teach you!).
100% remote team - Work from anywhere
Mission-driven work - Help shape the future of electronics manufacturing
Collaborative environment - Team culture that fosters accountability, learning, and development
Growth opportunity - Fast-paced, evolving company with plenty of career development opportunities
We'd love to hear from you—even if your experience doesn't match every point. We care about potential, passion, and people who are excited to grow with us.
