What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and dealers by resolving high-priority issues such as damages, defects, and warehouse errors
- Maintain personal case queues and ensure claims are closed within required time frames
- Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and dealers via email and call-based software
- Collaborate with other departments to foster awareness and data-driven resolutions for product issues
- Manage email inbox to ensure timely addressing of all issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to conduct research
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer support role within the furniture or retail industry
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient keyboarding skills; touch typing preferred
